Born in Seoul, South Korea, Maggie Huh studied Applied Statistics at King Sejong University. With international experience at major hotels including The Westin Group, Accor Group and Shangri-La Group, and through her travels in Paris, Hong Kong and India, Maggie has been exposed to world-class foods and services enabling her to create a similar experience at Celadon, a casual fine dining restaurant that is re-thinking Korean cuisine.
Maggie now resides in Whistler, B.C. and owns and operates the front of house at Celadon while her brother Sonny oversees the kitchen. Inspired by people, travels, and chefs like Alvin Leung at Bo Innovation, Maggie brings passion and charisma to the Celadon team.
